My name is J.J. McCullough. I’m a 26-year old cartoonist and writer living in the suburbs of Vancouver, British Columbia. I’ve been here my whole life except for a disastrous year I spent living in Japan.
Filibuster has been around since the summer of 2001, when I started it as a project in my final year of high school. It’s been published in the occasional legitimate publication, and since 2004 my cartoons have been featured in Portfoolio: The Year’s Best Canadian Editorial Cartoons.
I’m not a supporter of any political party, though I guess my views are basically conservative. I’ve acted as a pundit from time to time on Canadian radio and television, and I’ve had a lot of ornery letters printed in various newspapers.
What else? Uh, I like video games, even though I never play them. And eating candy.
