The outgoing premier of Alberta, Ralph Klein, seems to be close to the end of his political career that he simply no longer cares.

How else to explain his latest jab at Belinda Stronach? It really defies further parody.

For my American friends, before you watch his gag, keep this in mind. Belinda is now a member of the Liberal Party, but she used to be a Conservative. She once dated the Conservative Foreign Minister Peter McKay.
