Prime Minister Stephen Harper has been visiting the Canadian troops in Afghanistan this week. Despite some cries from the opposition parties, Harper continues to support the mission in A-stan, arguing the Canadian presence is vital if the war-torn nation is ever to be effectively stabilized.
