This week is the big G-8 summit in Scotland, and as such is also a rare opportunity for Canada to be relevant on the world stage. Already Prime Minister Paul Martin is vowing to give Bush a hard time over the President’s steadfast refusal to support the Kyoto Accord.

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how good Martin is at convincing Mr. Bush to change his mind. *snicker*
