President Bush’s latest nominee to serve as America’s ambassador to the United Nations is the outspoken UN critic John Bolton. In the past Mr. Bolton has made all sorts of radical anti-UN statements, a fact which many conservatives are apparently taking to mean once that once he gets in office he’ll proceed to destroy the body from the inside out… or something.
