The Ukraine had a second election yesterday to serve as a “re-vote” after the badly flawed election held earlier this month. Unsurprisingly, the pro-West, poisoned opposition candidate, Viktor Yushchenko, beat Putin pawn candidate Viktor Yanukovych.
