Prime Minister Martin was in Libya this week, hanging out with “reformed” dictator Momar Quaddaffi.
In my cartoon I make it seem like Martin was really pressing him on human rights, but in reality it was more of a business trip. Libya’s oil fields are gonna be open to western investment soon, and Canadian companies want in!
