The US’ much maligned CIA director, George Tenent, is now out of power. On Monday he officially steped down. More than anyone else, Tenent was held as a scapegoat of all the incompetience that the CIA experienced in the last few years. We’ll have to wait and see how much that culture changes now that he’s out.
