There is much turmoil right now in Haiti, and there might be a coup fairly soon. In most cases a coup is a negative thing for a country, causing lots of violence, and death, and so forth. But Haiti is basically just an island of constant violence and death, and it always has been. It’s hard to imagine a negative change to the status quo at this point.
