Al-Jazeera released a new audio tape of Osama Bin Laden this week. After a careful analysis, the CIA says it believes the tape is most likely authentic, and recently made. Osama refers to things like Saddam being captured and the Geneva Accord.

I personally assumed Osama had already died by now.
