Momar Quaddaffi, that ever-amusing Libyan dictator has recently admitted to his country’s possession of a secret weapons of mass destruction program.
Quaddaff however appears to be able to read the writing on the wall. He has ordered the weapons to be destroyed and dismantled under international supervision, and for Libya to resume diplomatic ties with the west.
Mr. Quaddaffi does not want to suffer the same fate as someone else we could name.
