Disney’s President and CEO, Michael Eisner is not a popular guy these days.

Critics allege that under his administration the entire Disney corporation, from themeparks to merchandise has gone to hell. In protest, Roy Disney, nephew of Walt, angrily resigned as Vice Chairman of the Disney board of directors.
