Big protests like the one in London don’t just occur spontaneously. They have to be carefully planned well in advance, in order to achieve high levels of turn out. Though anti-war protests are attended by people of all walks of life, they are often organized by very bizarre, fringe left-wing groups, such as Communist and Anarchist organizations.
