Strongman Momar Quaddafi of Libya has been undergoing a massive image change in recent years.

First he denounces the 9-11 terrorist attacks, then gets named Chairman of the UN Human Rights Commission, and then he gets Libya freed from international sanctions after he apologizes for blowing up a plane in 1988.
