Retired General Jay Garner, the current pseudo-ruler of Iraq will no longer be pseudo leading Iraq come next week. President Bush has appointed civilian Paul Bremer to replace General Jay.

Apparently, having a former military guy leading Iraq did not send the best image to the world.
