A couple of weeks ago the Pentagon began circulating special decks to playing cards to US forces in Iraq. Each card features a prominent Iraqi government official, with 52 different characters in all.
As is the case with most gimmicky government schemes, the card scheme has been the source of much parody. My attempt is above.
