Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien has finally made his views clear on the current Iraqi war. While he supports the goal of disarmament, he is against any notions of regime change.
“If you start changing regimes, where do you stop? This is the problem. Who is next?” asked a nervous Chretien.
