In what has got to be one of the most bizarre stories to come out of Africa (and there have been plenty) Malawi opposition groups are now spreading rumors that the nation’s President is secretly being manipulated by vampires, and plans to steal the blood of the people.
The President angrily denies such allegations, saying, quote “No government can go about sucking [the] blood of its own people. That’s thuggery.”
