Stephen Spielberg is the latest in a long line of celebrities (listed above) to visit the President of Cuba, Fidel Castro.

A very popular passtime with the left-wing Hollywood set is to fly down to Havana, wine and dine with Castro, then fly back to America and sing the praises of the Cuban strongman.
