Senator Wellstone died in a plane crash Saturday, mere days before he was preparing for reelection in his home state of Minnesota.
While it would certainly be a stretch to say I always agreed with his politics, Sen. Wellstone was a very passionate politician, a hardworking individual, and a good friend of Canada.
He will be missed.
