There have been six main regimes in the last 100 years who have committed mass genocide, in the form of specific slaughter of religious, ethnic, or political groups.
Saddam is one of them.
Over a million Iraqis have been killed under Saddam’s rule, including a significant number of ethnic Kurds, who Saddam has always viewed as an inferior race.
I did not include Rwanda in the above cartoon, because although the Rwandans are without a doubt, responsible for mass genocide, if you study the history, you will realize that there was no recognized “regime” in power at the time that was condoning such acts.
