Canada’s foreign minister (who I must admit I had not even heard of until now) was at the UN this week, and gave an address to the General Assembly, following an address by his boss, Mr. Chretien.
Mr. Graham denounced Saddam, and applauded the plans to allow weapons inspectors back into Iraq. “Saddam has no wiggle room” Mr. Graham screeched in his shrill, nasal voice.
Canada’s foreign policy? Who even cares anymore.
