70% of Canadians believe the United States was in some way to blame for the terrorist attacks of September 11th.

That percentage is higher than anywhere in Europe, including France.

Canadians have a history of passionate, and often irrational, dislike of the United States.

I guess it should come as no surprise that Canada has pledged that it will NOT support any future wars with Iraq.
