Libya is already (!) a member of the UN Human rights committee. The chairmanship rotates between member nations’ heads of state, so as logic dictates, Quaddafi’s turn is coming up soon.

Nevermind that Quaddafi’s Libya has one of the world’s absolute worst human rights records.
