Her Majesty’s government in Great Britain plans to pass a bill sometime this month that will downgrade the criminal status of marijuana.
The drug will no longer be on the “serious” list, and possession will no longer be treated as a serious crime.
Users, such as HRH Prince Harry, will get off with little more than a warning, or at most, a fine. Read more about it
