Democrats have been lashing out at President Bush a lot lately, alleging that his administration receiving a lot of warning prior to the Sept. 11 attacks, but failed to act in time.
However, to be fair, the exact same allegations could be made about President Clinton.
After all, the USS Cole bombing took place in 1999, long before Bush was elected.
