The United States has established a base in Cuba known as “Camp X-Ray”. It will be used as a temporarily holding for accused terrorists before they are tried in the US. Cuba has been unusually supportive, and has not yet given any sort of protest to the American presence.
Kinda reminds me of the pre-Castro Cuba, when America used the island for this kinda stuff all the time.
