The collapse of the Taliban is big news, I know, but I just wanted to get this little cartoon out of my system before I start tackling the big issues.
Canadian media mogul Conrad Black officially became a member of the British House of Lords this week. The Canadian Prime Minister originally refused to allow Conrad to join, but in the end Conrad won by dumping his Canadian citizenship and moving to the UK.
Like all members of the House of Lords, Conrad gets his very own goofy outfit to wear. Everyone back in Canada has been making constant jokes aboot it.
