Mayor Rudolph Guliani refused to accept a ten million dollar cheque from the prince of Saudi Arabia.
The Prince, like most Saudis, maintains that the Americans and the Jews were to blame for Sept. 11, so Rudy obviously had no intention of accepting the cash.
It’s all blood money anyway.
