President Bush announced yesterday that his administration will be willing to grant federal funding to a somewhat limited form of stem-cell research.
Instead of harvesting new cells, the President’s plan requires only preforming research on cells that have been moved prior to his announcement.
Neither Republicans nor Democrats disagree with Bush’s desicion, but their praise remains lukewarm at best.
