President Bush received a victory today on his Patients Bill Of Rights Proposal.
The President favors giving patients limited power to sue unruly doctors, to prevent tons of trumped up or phoney lawsuits. Democrats, however, believe that patients should have no limit on their suing power.
Either way, patients will soon find themselves in the midst of a very sticky situtation as doctor / lawyer relations continue to get worse and worse.
