In the most obvious spotlight-stealing scam to date, former President Bill Clinton chose today as the best day to publically move in to his new Harlem Office, the same day that current President George W. Bush was adressing the Black Police Officers of America.
Clinton has an enormous African-American fan base, while Bush does not. Choosing today was obviously a clever plot by Bill to once again upstage the President.
