The Kyoto Protocol, which is apparently supposed to ban excessive pollution from rich countries, has finally been ratified.
No one seems to know exactally how it works or exactally what it bans, but as long as it opposes rich countries like the United States, let’s all vote for it! Yee ha! Take that, President Dubya!
